Job summary:
We are looking for an experienced
HR Recruiter
to manage end-to-end recruitment, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and support timely hiring. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, recruitment knowledge, and preferably experience in the construction industry.
NATURE OF WORK:- End-to-end recruitment for site and head-office positions.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, consultants, and social media.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on project requirements.
Coordinate interviews with management and site teams.
Recruit engineers, supervisors, skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled manpower.
Coordinate candidate joining, documentation, and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
Support urgent manpower requirements at various project sites.
Coordinate with site/project managers for manpower planning.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Requirements
Immediate joiners are preferred.
