Responsibilities:
Operate VMC machines for precision component machining.
Read engineering drawings and understand dimensions/tolerances.
Perform tool setting, work offset, job loading, and unloading.
Operate CNC programs and make basic offset corrections.
Perform milling, drilling, tapping, boring, pocketing, and slotting.
Inspect components using Vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, etc.
Monitor tool wear, machine condition, coolant, and quality.
Maintain production targets, safety, and housekeeping.
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related field.
0–3 years VMC experience preferred.
Knowledge of G-code/M-code, cutting tools, speeds & feeds.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and use measuring instruments.
