We are looking for a highly motivated IT Sales Executive with proven field sales experience in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting clients in person, building robust relationships, and driving sales of IT products, software solutions, and services.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business prospects through field visits, networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Meet prospective clients, understand their business requirements, and propose suitable IT solutions.
Conduct face-to-face presentations, product demonstrations, and sales meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing and contracts.
Coordinate with internal technical and delivery teams for successful project execution.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.




Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT Sales/Software Sales with field sales exposure.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience in selling IT Services, Software Solutions, SaaS Products, Cloud Services, or Digital Solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.

Preferred Skills
Strong network of corporate clients across the Indian market.
Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition.
Knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
Excellent relationship management and consultative selling skills.
