Structos India Software is expanding its international sales team based in Jaipur, working on business development for European markets, with an initial focus on the Netherlands. About the Role
We are hiring a proactive Business Development Executive to generate and develop new business prospects in the Netherlands and India. The role is LinkedIn-driven focused on personalized prospecting and relationship-building rather than cold calling. You'll work closely with the company director, who leads in office client demonstrations, while you manage the pipeline, outreach, and follow-ups that keep deals moving.
Key Responsibilities
Research target companies and identify key decision-makers
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn and personalized outreach
Build relationships with prospects and arrange meetings/demos
Prepare briefing notes for the director ahead of client demonstrations
Follow up post-demo and maintain contact through the sales cycle
Coordinate proposals and next steps with management and technical teams
Maintain accurate CRM records and share regular pipeline updates
Skills & Experience Required
23 years' experience in Business Development, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, or B2B Sales
Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn prospecting and outreach
Robust communication and relationship-building skills, ideally with international clients
Ability to understand software products and communicate their business value
Self-driven, organized, and comfortable owning the sales pipeline end-to-end
Working knowledge of CRM tools
Compensation & Incentives
Fixed CTC: 2.4 4 LPA (based on experience and English fluency)
Includes a Basic Target Incentive, paid automatically in the first month
