Role & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end site execution and construction operations for Industrial Projects across Delhi .
Supervise daily site activities, contractors, labor, and safety protocols to ensure quality execution on industrial construction sites.
Handle client and contractor billing
Coordinate project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and material tracking for industrial project delivery.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work adheres to industrial design drawings, structural specifications, and safety standards.
Liaise with site engineers, supervisors, clients, and consultants to resolve technical issues promptly.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience: Proven track record in Civil Construction, Site Execution, and Billing for Industrial Projects.
Location: Based in or willing to manage project sites in Delhi
Education: B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Key Skills: Industrial Site Execution, Billing & QS, Site Supervision, Project Planning and Contractor Management.
Solid leadership, problem-solving, and team handling capabilities.
