Role & Responsibilities
Drive ad sales revenue by acquiring new clients and managing key accounts.
Build robust relationships with brands, advertisers and media agencies.
Achieve revenue targets through digital advertising and promotional solutions.
Develop customized media plans, negotiate commercials and close deals.
Monitor campaign performance and identify new business opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams for smooth campaign execution.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Assistant Manager: 3+ years | Senior Manager: 6+ years of experience in Ad Sales / Digital Advertising / Retail Media.
Proven experience in client acquisition, revenue generation and deal closure.
Solid exposure to brands, advertisers and media agencies.
Good understanding of digital advertising and monetization.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Robust target orientation with good analytical and commercial skills.
Any Graduate/MBA preferred.
