Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Fee Collection Executive to manage student fee collection, payment follow-ups, outstanding fee tracking, and related administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, follow-up, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Follow up with students and parents regarding pending and overdue fees.
Ensure timely collection of course and tuition fees.
Make skilled calls and send payment reminders.
Maintain accurate records of paid, pending, and overdue fees.
Track student payment schedules and follow up on committed payment dates.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Academic/Counselling teams regarding fee-related matters.
Address basic fee and payment-related queries from students and parents.
Maintain daily collection records and prepare regular collection reports.
Monitor outstanding balances and ensure timely recovery.
Handle payment-related documentation and maintain proper records.
Achieve assigned monthly collection targets.
Maintain a professional and positive relationship with students and parents.

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
Experience in fee collection, education/EdTech, collections, accounts, telecalling, or customer service will be an advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
