Role & Responsibilities
Manage assigned FMCG category and drive sales, margins & profitability.
Handle assortment, pricing, promotions and inventory.
Manage vendors, negotiations and current product onboarding.
Analyse market trends, competitors and category performance.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Operations & Finance teams.
Achieve category sales and business targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Any Graduate.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing FMCG categories is mandatory.
5+ years of total relevant experience
Experience in Category Management / Buying / Merchandising preferred.
Experience in Staples, Packaged Foods, Dairy, Beverages, Personal Care or Home Care preferred.
Robust vendor management, negotiation and analytical skills.
E-commerce / Quick Commerce / Retail experience preferred.
