Strong understanding of application architecture, system integration, API design, performance optimization, and software development best practices.
Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams in a fast-paced product development environment.
Demonstrated success building, mentoring, and developing high-performing engineering teams.
Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
