Manage end-to-end telecom infrastructure projects, including FTTH, Pole Infrastructure, and vendor management.
Oversee supply chain operations, commercial management, and RFQ/RFP processes for telecom services procurement.
Provide operational support for maintenance and servicing of existing infrastructure assets.
Ensure effective vendor relationship management to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify prospects for process improvements.
