Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Nagpur
Experience: 0 - 1Years
Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end hiring activities for multiple job openings.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate records and follow up regularly.
Understand client requirements and source suitable profiles.
Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.
Maintain good communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with job portals and social media hiring.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Freshers with solid communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹9,455.57 - ₹20,000.00 per month
