Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design process from initial concept development through to final site execution.
Develop precise 2D layouts, structural elevations, and detailed working drawings utilizing AutoCAD.
Create high-quality 3D models and spatial visualizations using SketchUp and 3D design software.
Coordinate directly with contractors, vendors, and construction teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
Conduct regular site visits to resolve design discrepancies, monitor project progress, and maintain strict quality control.

Qualifications & Skills
3 to 7 years of proven professional experience in architectural or interior design execution.
Advanced, hands-on proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp,



and 3D design rendering.
Solid practical background in site execution, material selection, and technical problem-solving on active sites.
Explicit communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, site supervisors, and project stakeholders.
