Job Description – Disbursal Executive

Position: Disbursal Executive

Key Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end loan disbursal process after approval.
Verify KYC, loan documents, bank details, and other required documents.
Ensure all pre-disbursal checks and compliance requirements are completed.
Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, and other teams for timely disbursal.
Process disbursal requests accurately within defined TATs.
Maintain disbursal records and prepare daily MIS reports.
Resolve documentation discrepancies and follow up on pending cases.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in NBFC, Banking, Loan Operations, or Disbursal.
Good knowledge of loan documentation and KYC processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic to positive knowledge of MS Excel.
Robust attention to detail and ability to meet TATs.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
