Role & responsibilities

1) Parenteral Production
Execute and monitor injectable production activities in compliance with GMP norms
Handle equipment such as Spray Dryer, SKID, Autoclave, Cartridge Filling, and Filling lines (BFS/PFS)
Ensure adherence to aseptic practices and contamination control procedures
Perform batch manufacturing, documentation, and line clearance activities
Coordinate with QA/QC for smooth production operations
Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards

2) Engineering (Parenteral & OSD)
Experience of Plant Maintenance, Spray Dryer Autoclave, Vial / Powder Filling machine, Tunnel washing, Freeze Dryer, ALUS, Manufacturing Skid, VHP, Lyophilizer
Tablet Plant Maintenance

3) Packing (OSD)
Operations of Blister Packing Lines

Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 2 to 7 years in injectable/pharma manufacturing
Qualification: B.Sc. / ITI / Diploma / B.Pharm. / M.Pharm. / B.E.

Preferred Expertise:
Aseptic processing
Filling operations (BFS & PFS)
General manufacturing in regulated workplace
Manufacturing Skid
Autoclave operations
Spray Dryer
Parenteral Plant Maintenance
Tablet Plant Maintenance
