About The Role
As a Specialist, Global Benefits & Well-being (Corporate), you will be a key member of HARMAN's Global Advantages Center of Excellence (CoE), supporting the design, governance, continuous improvement, and future evolution of global benefits and well-being programs.

Reporting to the Global Director of Benefits, you will partner with stakeholders across Europe, APAC, and the Americas to support program design, governance, compliance,



well-being initiatives, M&A; activity, and strategic projects. You will combine strong analytical capability with a continuous improvement mindset to generate insights, solve problems, simplify processes, and help deliver scalable solutions that enhance employee experience and organizational success.
