Build and maintain solid relationships with companies for regular hiring requirements.
Source and collect job openings suitable for students and freshers.
Understand company requirements and identify suitable student profiles.
Share relevant student resumes with recruiters and HR teams.
Coordinate interviews, technical rounds, HR rounds, and recruitment drives.
Schedule interviews and ensure students attend the recruitment process.
Follow up with companies regarding interview results and selection status.
Maintain student placement records and regularly update placement trackers.
Guide students regarding job opportunities, interview processes, and career
Maintain regular communication with placed and shortlisted students.
Follow up with selected candidates until their joining.
3+ years of experience in IT Recruitment, Placement Coordination or a similar role.
Solid understanding of IT job roles and technologies.
Positive network with IT recruiters and HR professionals.

Pay: ₹26,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
