Role & responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and execute pest control operations at client sites (residential, commercial, industrial).
Conduct site inspections to identify pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatment methods.
Apply pest control chemicals and treatments safely, following standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of pest control equipment and chemicals.
Maintain service reports, treatment records, and client documentation accurately.
Educate clients on preventive measures and hygiene practices to avoid future infestations.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective resolutions.
Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Preferred candidate profile
B.Sc. Agriculture (BSc Agri) graduate; freshers are welcome to apply.
Certification in pest control or related field is a plus.




Prior experience in pest control operations or field services preferred (freshers can also apply).
Basic knowledge of pest types, chemicals, and treatment methods.
Physically fit and willing to travel to multiple client locations.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
Valid driving license (preferred).
