Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the complete business and project lifecycle of the organization.

The CEO will be responsible for Business Development, Customer Relationship Management, Order Conversion, Project Execution, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Installation, Commissioning and Customer Satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on business and project leader with solid experience in the Water & Wastewater, Environmental, EPC or Infrastructure industry, with proven capability in developing business, managing large projects and building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion




Develop and implement the company's Business Development strategy.
Identify current markets, customers, sectors and project opportunities.
Develop relationships with Government departments, Municipal Corporations, PSUs, EPC companies and industrial customers.
Develop strategic accounts across India and international markets.
Identify opportunities in STP, ETP, WTP, Tertiary Treatment, Water Recycling & Reuse, ZLD, Industrial Wastewater, Waste Management, Waste-to-Energy, Oil & Gas, Power, Sugar, Infrastructure and Environmental EPC.
Build a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities.
Personally lead critical and high-value customer engagements.
Drive repeat business and long-term strategic customer relationships.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with promoters, customers, consultants, government authorities and key decision-makers.
