Role Overview
We are looking for a Service & Support skilled with strong analytical and communication skills to support enterprise applications, access provisioning, and day-to-day service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle service and support activities for enterprise applications.
Manage and support access provisioning and related requests.
Perform basic SQL queries and database-related activities.
Use Excel formulas for reporting, analysis, and operational activities.
Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders to resolve issues and requests.
Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of SQL and databases.
Solid proficiency in Excel formulas.
Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of service and support processes.
Knowledge of access provisioning and enterprise applications.
VBA macros and Excel automation knowledge is an added advantage.
