We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to drive business and digital transformation initiatives within Retail Banking, with robust experience in Account Opening, Account Onboarding, CASA and digital banking journeys. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, preparing BRDs and user stories, working with Agile teams, and supporting end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives. The candidate will collaborate closely with Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance and other business stakeholders, manage requirements across multiple teams, identify process improvements, and contribute to the enhancement of Mobile Banking and Online Banking journeys. Solid stakeholder management, including experience working with international/global stakeholders, is essential.
