Role & responsibilities
Experience: Minimum 8+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, or plant operations.
Core Skills: Materials management and Production Planning (PP).
System Skills: SAP modules (MM, PP, and SD) & MS Office.
Supply Chain: Solid understanding of supply sequence and flow.
Lean Inventory: Hands-on experience in lean inventory control with minimal variation.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of 10 to 20 people effectively.
