Job Role :
Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Source candidates using various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and skilled networks.
Conduct initial screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth onboarding of candidates.
Maintain documents of candidates.
Coordinate with campus interview drives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Eligibility Criteria :
The candidate should be active and should hold Valuable Communication skills
Candidates should be fluent in English, Kannada.
Preference for Immediate joiners only.
Job Type: Internship
Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
