We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive for Manyavar & Mohey. The candidate should have positive communication skills, a strong sales approach, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ethnic wear.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable ethnic wear.
Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
Explain product features, fabrics, designs, and pricing.
Handle customer queries and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Maintain proper product display and store presentation.
Maintain stock and coordinate with the store team.
Inform customers about offers and promotions.
Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
1–3 years of experience in ethnic/fashion retail preferred.
Freshers with a strong interest in sales can also apply.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Smart grooming and professional personality.
Target-oriented and positive attitude.
Willingness to work in a retail workplace.
