We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, explaining our services, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Introduce and explain company services clearly and professionally.
Identify customer requirements and generate qualified leads.
Follow up with prospects through calls and messages.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.

Requirements




Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/outbound calling.
Fluent in English, with positive verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of computer operations.
Confident, positive, and qualified telephone manner.
Positive interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
