Manage warehouse accounting and inventory-related transactions in ERP/SAP.
Verify GRN, purchase invoices, stock transfers, sales returns, and stock adjustments.
Reconcile physical stock with system stock and resolve discrepancies.
Verify transporter, freight, loading/unloading, and other warehouse-related bills.
Check vendor invoices against PO, approved rates, and supporting documents.
Ensure correct GST, HSN/SAC, E-Way Bill, and statutory documentation.
Monitor stock in transit and inter-warehouse reconciliations.
Support monthly stock closing, physical stock verification, and audits.
Maintain proper records of warehouse expenses, debit/credit notes, and pending bills.
Prepare MIS reports on inventory, expenses, pending GRNs, freight, and stock differences
