1 to 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment.
Proven experience in Permanent and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.
Hands-on experience sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and other job portals.
Solid knowledge of Boolean search, X-ray search, and advanced sourcing techniques.
Positive understanding of various IT technologies and technical roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
Experience working with clients, hiring managers, and vendors is an added advantage.
