Tool Maintenance
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of press tools, dies, jigs, fixtures and other production tooling.
Inspect tools regularly for wear, damage, cracks, dimensional variation and other defects.
Repair and restore tools to the required operating condition.
Replace worn-out components such as punches, dies, bushes, guide pillars, springs, inserts and other tooling parts.
Ensure proper fitting, alignment and functioning of tools after maintenance.
Maintain tool accuracy and dimensional requirements as per approved drawings and specifications.
