About the Role
We’re looking for a Field Sales Representative to join our team in Chennai. This is a hybrid, commission-only chance suited for a motivated sales professional who enjoys meeting clients, building relationships, and converting opportunities into business.

You will be responsible for:
Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
Conducting client meetings and presentations
Promoting IECHM’s product development and engineering services
Managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing
Building robust relationships with founders, business owners, and key decision-makers
Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline and activity records using CRM tools




Working closely with engineering and product teams to develop customer-focused solutions
Providing sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback
Attending industry events and networking opportunities
Staying updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in field sales, business development, or B2B sales
Experience in engineering services, product development, manufacturing, technology, or consulting is a plus
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to explain technical solutions in a straightforward, business-focused manner
Track record of managing a sales pipeline and achieving targets
Comfortable with client-facing field work and hybrid collaboration
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting
Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently
Bachelor’s degree
