Job Responsibilities:
Make calls to existing customers for regular communication and follow-up.
Call customers regarding loan renewals, repayments, due dates, and service-related matters.
Inform customers about company products, services, and offers.
Attend customer queries over the phone and provide the required information.
Maintain proper records of customer calls and follow-up details.
Coordinate with branch staff for customer-related requirements.
Maintain positive customer relationships and provide a positive customer experience.
Perform other customer calling and support activities assigned by the management.

Candidate Profile:
Minimum qualification: PUC / 12th Pass.




Must be able to speak Kannada, Telugu, and English.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Freshers can apply.
Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, banking, or NBFC will be an added advantage.
Polite and skilled communication skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
