The Opportunity

We are looking for a
Real Estate Consultant
to join our Chennai team.

This is a full-time role suited to someone who enjoys
meeting people, building relationships, understanding businesses and properties, negotiating transactions, and seeing deals through to closure
.

Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities and build a strong network of clients and industry contacts
Represent clients in real estate transactions and advisory assignments
Identify and evaluate relevant office, land and industrial property prospects
Engage with property owners,



occupiers, investors and other stakeholders
Lead negotiations and support clients through the transaction process
Drive transactions from initial engagement through
negotiation and deal closure
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
Stay informed about real estate market trends, prospects and developments

What We’re Looking For
Good
spoken and written communication skills
A strong desire to meet people, network and build relationships
Sound understanding of real estate and real property concepts
Ability and enthusiasm for sales and client engagement
Solid negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently
Prior experience in real estate transaction management or advisory services
is preferred
Bachelor’s degree
in any relevant discipline
