Roles and Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV systems, internet/network-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems using various tools such as asset management software.
Configure recent employee accounts on company's IT infrastructure including Active Directory.
Perform routine maintenance tasks like patching operating systems, updating antivirus definitions etc.
Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of recurring issues.
