Key Responsibilities
Perform Zero Base Costing (ZBC) for parts and tooling.
Analyze cost differences and support buyers in negotiations.
Conduct supplier financial risk assessments and recommend actions.
Stay updated on material price trends, machine hour rates, labor rates, and manufacturing processes.
Skills Required
Cost management & risk assessment.
Knowledge of car parts manufacturing processes.
Solid negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
