CRM Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated CRM Sales Executive to manage customer relationships, generate sales opportunities, and convert leads for our interior design and home/interior solutions business. The role involves handling leads, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with the design and sales teams, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from inquiry to project closure.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM.
Understand clients’ requirements, budget, preferences, and project timelines.
Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
Schedule site visits and consultations with the design team.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
Coordinate with designers, project managers, and other internal teams.
Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Track sales targets, follow-ups, conversions,



and revenue through CRM reports.
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Collect customer feedback and support post-sales relationship management.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in sales/BDM/CRM/customer relationship management.
Experience in interior design is preferred.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Strong follow-up and lead-conversion ability.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office/Google Drive.
Ability to understand customer requirements
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales workplace.

Qualification – Graduate

Salary – 20 -35k (Depends upon past experience)
