Technical Recruiter Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Recruiter Intern to join our HR/Recruitment team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities
Understand job descriptions and identify suitable technical candidates.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes based on required technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and salary expectations.
Conduct initial screening calls with candidates and assess their interest and suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.




Maintain and update candidate information in recruitment trackers/ATS.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Assist recruiters in preparing candidate profiles and submitting suitable candidates to clients/hiring managers.
Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, offers, and joining dates.
Learn and understand various IT technologies, job roles, and technical skills.
Support the recruitment team in meeting hiring targets and maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of IT/technical roles and technologies.
Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Good sourcing and research skills.
Ability to understand and analyze resumes.
Willingness to learn recruitment processes and technical skills.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
