Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Assistant Operations skilled to support daily business operations, coordinate with different departments, maintain records, and ensure smooth execution of operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day operational activities and administrative tasks.
Coordinate with HR, IT, Sales, Marketing, and other departments.
Monitor daily work progress and prepare operational reports.
Maintain records, documents, databases, and internal reports.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, follow-ups, and internal communication.
Track assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Support management in implementing company processes and policies.
Handle employee and department coordination when required.
Identify operational issues and escalate them to management.
Assist in improving internal workflows and operational efficiency.




Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Perform other operational duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Attention to detail and qualified attitude.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA, Management, IT, or a related field.
Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.

Experience

0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Salary

₹2.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA, depending on skills, experience, and interview performance.
