Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Leasing & Property Sourcing Manager responsible for identifying suitable properties, building relationships with property owners and brokers, negotiating commercial terms, and sourcing properties for leasing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Search and identify properties suitable for leasing requirements.
Source properties through brokers, property owners, online portals, and market visits.
Build and maintain solid relationships with property owners, CPs, and real estate brokers.
Conduct property inspections and coordinate site visits.
Collect and verify property details, documents, availability, rent, deposit, and other commercial terms.
Negotiate rental terms and close leasing deals.
Maintain a database of available properties and active leads.
Coordinate with clients, owners, brokers,
and internal sales/leasing teams.
Track leads, follow-ups, negotiations, and closures through regular reports.
Conduct market research to identify current leasing opportunities and upcoming properties.
Achieve monthly sourcing, site visit, negotiation, and closure targets.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of the local real estate and leasing market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Valuable knowledge of property portals and online property-search platforms.
Ability to generate leads independently through market research and networking.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Target-oriented and proactive approach.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
