Location: Guinea, West AfricaPosition: Injection Moulding TechnicianSalary: Up to USD 1,000 per monthInternational Chance
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot plastic injection moulding machines
Perform mould (die) changes and optimize machine parameters (pressure, temperature & cycle time)
Handle polymers such as PP, HDPE, LDPE, and engineering plastics
Operate auxiliary equipment including IML Robots, Material Dryers, Grinders, and Mixers
Carry out basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth and productive operations
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Plastic Engineering or CIPET
7–10 years of hands-on experience in Injection Moulding
Experience with PLC-based fully automatic injection moulding machines such as Milacron, Husky, Haitian, or equivalent
Solid knowledge of mould changing, machine setup, and process optimization
