Internship Duration: 3 Months ( Performance-based conversion to a full time opportunity)
Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team in Hyderabad. This internship is ideal for candidates who are interested in recruitment, sourcing, candidate engagement, and HR operations and want to gain practical experience in a rapid-paced work workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate communication and coordinate interview schedules.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Support the team in maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
Assist with onboarding and other recruitment-related activities.
Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress.
Assist with HR documentation and general Talent Acquisition administrative work.
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve and upgrade ATS features and recruitment workflows.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable behavior and professional attitude
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Interest in Technical Recruitment / IT Recruitment.
Comfortable using MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic office tools.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
Prior recruitment/HR experience is a plus but not mandatory.
