Experience Required
US Staffing experience is mandatory
Experience working with both Direct Clients and MSP-driven Clients
Immediate joiners and candidates with short notice periods preferred
Key Responsibilities & Skills
Candidate sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, and other channels
Strong understanding of the US staffing process and recruitment lifecycle
Managing recruitment requirements from sourcing through placement
Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets
Robust communication, ownership, and follow-through
Ability to work effectively in a target-driven setting

Salary
Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
