Key Responsibilities
Format and align Question Papers (QP) as per the school's standard format.
Check fonts, spacing, margins, numbering, marks, page layout and overall alignment.
Format worksheets, assignments, circulars, notices and other school documents.
Insert and align tables, images, diagrams, graphs and equations wherever required.
Make corrections based on inputs from teachers and prepare final print-ready files.
Handle Word/PDF conversion, printing, scanning and basic file management.
Maintain strict confidentiality of Question Papers and examination documents.
Complete assigned work accurately and within deadlines.
Skills Required
Positive knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF tools.
Positive typing speed and document formatting skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
DTP/software knowledge such as CorelDRAW or Photoshop will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
