Responsibilities
Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Crossboarding, and Offboarding.
Perform testing, validation, and data migration activities.
Create process documentation, configuration guides, and user manuals.
Provide end-user support and resolve implementation issues.
Support rehire processes and drive process improvements.
Requirements
Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
Knowledge or willingness to learn SAP SuccessFactors.
Solid critical thinking and issue-resolution skills.
Effective communication and stakeholder coordination.
Comfortable working in rapid-paced, team-oriented teams.
