Key Responsibilities:
Generate franchise leads through calls, digital channels, referrals, and networking.
Contact prospective franchisees and understand their investment requirements.
Explain franchise business models, investment details, terms, and potential opportunities.
Conduct follow-ups and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Schedule and conduct meetings/presentations with prospective franchise partners.
Negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines and assist with deal closure.
Coordinate with operations, legal, finance, and onboarding teams.
Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare sales reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with franchise partners.
Track market trends, competitor franchise models, and expansion opportunities.
