Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and experienced Interior Designer to lead client design journeys from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have robust design expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and experience managing multiple residential interior projects while mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities
Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, and design preferences.
Create innovative and functional interior design concepts for residential spaces.
Develop space plans, layouts, mood boards, and 2D/3D designs using design software.
Present design proposals and confidently close design discussions with clients.
Coordinate with the Sales, Project Management,



and Execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and cost estimates.
Ensure projects comply with company quality standards and timelines.
Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design-related issues.
Mentor and guide junior designers to improve team performance.
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2–8 years of experience in residential interior design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design software.
Strong knowledge of modular kitchens, wardrobes, space planning, materials, finishes, and furniture.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
