Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager with robust exposure to the clothing/textile industry to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee management.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee relations, and exit processes.
Manage HR operations for approximately 200 employees across different departments.
Lead recruitment and workforce planning based on business requirements.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
Manage performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory HR requirements.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.




Coordinate with department heads and management on manpower and HR-related matters.
Lead and guide the HR team to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar managerial HR role.
Experience in the clothing, textile, garment, or fashion industry is preferred.
Solid hands-on experience in end-to-end HR operations.
Proven ability to manage a workforce of around 200 employees.
Solid knowledge of employee relations, labour compliance, recruitment, and HR processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
