About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive who is confident, energetic, and target-oriented. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through calling, online platforms, references, and field activities.
Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/records.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams when required.
Prepare basic sales reports and update management on progress.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.




Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and persuasive personality.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Sales or telecalling experience is an advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with a background in BBA/MBA/Sales & Marketing will be preferred.
