Technical Support Engineer - RIS

Shift time - 9.30 pm to 6.30 am

Location Mumbai/Hyderabad

Requirements:
Support product help requests and troubleshoot to resolve any issues.
Server Monitoring and Optimization: monitoring of servers, ensuring optimal performance and proactively addressing potential issues.
Analytics and measuring of product efficiency and usage
Drive automation and efficiency initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve response times
Work with professional resources with PACS, viewer and other applications concerning issues, questions and configurations.
Coordinating, documenting and maintaining policies and procedures that drive security, disaster recovery, data integrity, and workflow in regard to the system/servers.
Coordinate remotely with other IT departments to come up with and implementation strategy.
Maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders (clinical teams, operations, IT leadership)
On site coordination with IT departments as they integrate new systems that may affect the product.




Ensure high-quality communication during incidents and ongoing support activities
Provide in office coordination with IT teams to support the integration of new and current systems
Collaborate with development with the team to execute QA testing and ensure high-quality releases
Provide support for systems and workflows.
Participate and contribute in collaboration with internal teams to deliver projects and ensure successful implementation of new systems and processes
Travel is required for this position, approximately 20% of the time

Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Extensive experience in IT support and quality assurance, with a focus on healthcare or medical imaging.
Robust problem-solving, attention to detail, project management and excellent communication skills.
