About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day administrative activities. This internship is ideal for someone looking to gain practical exposure to HR processes in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.
Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
Support onboarding and documentation for recent employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with employee engagement activities and internal initiatives.
Support attendance, leave, and other HR-related processes.
Prepare HR reports, trackers, and presentations as required.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Help ensure HR policies and processes are followed.

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Eagerness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
