About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Accounts Executive to manage the fees and financial operations of our firm. The ideal candidate will have experience handling legal accounts and be comfortable managing client billing, payments, and financial coordination related to legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage client bills once legal cases are settled.
Handle all aspects related to the firm’s fees and financial processes.
Maintain accurate records of client payments and outstanding dues.
Ensure timely follow-up and coordination to keep client payments up to date.
Manage billing-related communication with existing clients.
Support financial tracking and reporting for legal accounts.
Maintain organized records of invoices, payments, and fee-related documentation.





Requirements
2–3 years of relevant work experience.
Prior experience handling legal accounts is preferred.
Solid understanding of billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote role.
Candidates based in Gujarat, preferably Ahmedabad or other cities in Gujarat, will be preferred.
