Role Description The Accountant role at Global Taxman India Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, account reconciliations, and maintenance of ledgers.

Responsibilities include handling taxation-related work, assisting with GST returns and compliances, and supporting business registrations and statutory filings. The role involves reviewing financial data for accuracy, preparing reports for management, and coordinating with clients to gather necessary information and resolve queries.



The Accountant will collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and financial statement preparation.
Experience with taxation and GST compliance, including return filing, tax calculations, and understanding of relevant regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to prepare reports, analyze data, and maintain accurate records.
Attention to detail, solid numerical skills, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
Effective communication and client service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in an in office team environment.
Relevant academic background such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field; qualified certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in a tax or accounting firm, and familiarity with business registration processes, is preferred.
