NRole & Responsibilities:

NThe candidate will be responsible for all accounts payable activities, accounts receivable, including but not limited to:

Lead, guide, and review work of junior accountants, assign tasks and ensure timelines are met, support team development and process improvements.

Should have experience in managing all aspects of accounts payable & accounts receivable activities.
N
Maintain and update financial records including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
N
Oversee client billing and ensure timely invoicing in coordination with account managers.
N
Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
N
Support financial audits, both internal and external.
N
Should involve coordinating with vendors or suppliers regarding purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
N
Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and payments, ensuring proper bookkeeping practices.

nQualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Accounting or a related field (commerce background preferred).
N
2 years of relevant accounting experience.
N
Robust understanding ofdifferent types of accounting records, including journals, ledgers, trial balances, and profit and loss statements.
N
Robust understanding oflabor laws and accounting principles.
N
Proficient in using accounting software such as Tally and Zoho Books.
